This policy explains how Eshcol Global Services Private Limited (“Eshcol Global”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use this website or engage our HR consulting, recruitment and estate-management services. Information we collect
When you contact us through an enquiry form, email or phone, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if given) and the details of your message.
When you apply for a role, we additionally collect your CV/resume and the information you provide in the application form, which may include your current and expected CTC and your notice period.
Automatically, our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site working. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To assess and process job applications, and to match candidates with suitable roles at our client organisations.
- To keep records of our dealings with clients and candidates.
- To meet legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
- With prospective employers. If you apply for a role or register as a candidate, we may share your CV and relevant details with the client organisation hiring for that role, so they can consider you.
- With service providers who help us operate — for example our email-delivery provider (Brevo), our website host and our security/content-delivery provider (Cloudflare). They may process your data only on our instructions.
- Where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety and property.
How long we keep it
We keep CVs and job-application details for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised — unless you ask us to keep you on file for future roles, or a longer period is required by law. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or complete it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- erase it, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it; and
- withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Keeping your data secure
Information you submit through this website is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
